2. How the Extension Works

EuroCheck operates entirely locally on your device:

• Local Database — The company ownership database is bundled with the extension, not fetched from external servers.
• Local Lookups — Domain checks happen entirely within your browser.
• No Network Requests — EuroCheck makes zero requests to external servers. It works completely offline.
• Local Preferences — Your settings are stored in browser local storage and never transmitted.

EuroCheck does not collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. Since no data is collected, no age-related concerns apply.

If we update this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date and publish the new version with extension updates. Since no data is collected, significant changes are unlikely.

EuroCheck is open source. You can:

Legal Basis (GDPR)
